Metropolitan & Economic Development Committee Passes Proposal 230

Proposal 230 seeks to regulate only commercial solicitation on private premises. Under Proposal 230, residents could sign up for a "no-solicitation" registry through Office of Business & Mgmt Services. Prop 230 would also place a night-time curfew on commercial solicitation
